Hello, what collection do you say this would go with? I have 4 of your metal packs, but I am not sure if this is meant to be standalone or if it is found in one of the packs.
I need to address this in a proper list. But first, if we look at this song only in terms of arrangement structure, it can be quite similar to our other products. Let me answer as a list;
The songs "Replica, Machine Spirit, Rebound, Lucifer's Theme, Artillery Fire, Machine Eater, Perish, We Will Survive, Revolver" are very close to each other. They are all included in the "Cyber Metal Music Bundle" product. The song Replica is also a song exclusive to this bundle, it is not included in any other product. There is still a 50% discount on the bundle I mentioned, the link is here: https://intersonic-sound.itch.io/cyber-metal-music-bundle
Replica and Machine Spirit, these two have very similar sounds. We added both to the bundle product as an update. Some songs were not offered in separate packages.
There is a separate product called "Syndrome". This album was only offered through FAB and is not on itch. I think we can put the songs "Chief Daga, Breaching Tesseract" from the Syndrome album in a similar category. Syndrome's link is here: https://www.fab.com/listings/0ca989a5-8e48-4c34-ac69-c0c8d4cfd55b
Hello, thank you for the question, the quick answer will be "yes". However, I'd also like to touch on a few points:
If I download these resources, can I use them in commercial games: Yes. This is valid regardless of whether it's free or donation-based. There's no issue in using them. The only difference is that we didn't ask for a definite fee.
Do I have to donate money: Donating is not mandatory for this song, we left it as an option. Getting it without paying a fee or making a donation does not affect the license.
I don't understand the license: The confusing part I think is the section about avoiding selling the songs as .wav files to other individuals. Using music for commercial purposes (for example, in a game project you made and plan to earn money from) is related to usage rights. However, selling the music as a .wav file (like a trade, like Intersonic Sound) to other parties is different, which we indicated we do not want. It's about not granting the right to sell the music file itself. Legally, music embedded in a project, i.e., a game, differs from the music product itself. In short, if you have no intention of selling our music as a music product to someone else, there is nothing in the license that restricts you.
If you are making and selling a game for commercial purposes, there is no obstacle to including this product in it. Since what you want to sell is the game, and all the music will be embedded in the game, the main material you are selling is the game.
It got a bit lengthy because I explained it in detail, but you can be at ease.

There is also a song Deadlock, which I think is similar to Replica. Deadlock also took its place as a FAB exclusive product: https://www.fab.com/listings/88331e6d-c423-4665-a596-1c5a93bf849a
I hope these answered the question :)
Thanks again for your interest
