License
- The game developer who purchased the product has the right to use the music in games designed for commercial purposes. Therefore, if Intersonic Sound products are purchased, it gives you this right and there is no extra cost.
- There is no Content ID based restriction procedure, such as "copyright claim" automation, which can prevent monetization of the video or cause a channel to receive a warning if the products are used in any YouTube content. You can use it as you wish in your videos. Bringing Intersonic Sound products under YouTube Content ID by any application is not an attempt we allow.
- If our products are used in content transmitted via any live stream, pre-recorded video or similar streaming service, broadcasters are not required to reference (or write down) the name of the Intersonic Sound team. But if this is done, we would of course be grateful.
- There are no restrictive rules or recurring payments for the duration of the licenses. As a result, the validity period of the license you have already obtained with the purchase is not shortened by any other rules or taken out of the contexts mentioned above.
- If you have obtained a product for free, the license rules and conditions do not change. You can also use the products you acquired for free together with a commercial project. Commercial projects refer to: a game project, YouTube or Twitch live stream, a YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram video. Do not sell the products you obtained for free as they are to different individuals.
- Intersonic Sound products belong to the Intersonic Sound team that produces the products and retains the ownership rights. In this context, no person or institution can own the products, sell the products directly, and agree with digital distribution companies such as Spotify for the display of the products in a non-game format.

I don't understand the license. If I download these resources, can I use them in commercial games or do I have to donate money?
Hello, thank you for the question, the quick answer will be "yes". However, I'd also like to touch on a few points:
If I download these resources, can I use them in commercial games: Yes. This is valid regardless of whether it's free or donation-based. There's no issue in using them. The only difference is that we didn't ask for a definite fee.
Do I have to donate money: Donating is not mandatory for this song, we left it as an option. Getting it without paying a fee or making a donation does not affect the license.
I don't understand the license: The confusing part I think is the section about avoiding selling the songs as .wav files to other individuals. Using music for commercial purposes (for example, in a game project you made and plan to earn money from) is related to usage rights. However, selling the music as a .wav file (like a trade, like Intersonic Sound) to other parties is different, which we indicated we do not want. It's about not granting the right to sell the music file itself. Legally, music embedded in a project, i.e., a game, differs from the music product itself. In short, if you have no intention of selling our music as a music product to someone else, there is nothing in the license that restricts you.
If you are making and selling a game for commercial purposes, there is no obstacle to including this product in it. Since what you want to sell is the game, and all the music will be embedded in the game, the main material you are selling is the game.
It got a bit lengthy because I explained it in detail, but you can be at ease.
